Are the vials and bottles for scleral lens supplies recyclable? 

Yes, they are in the US and in several other countries through TerraCycle, a recycler of hard to recycle products. Not all of their programs are free but the one that accepts contact lens care products, saline vials, single use vials, etc. is free. Check the program page to verify what items are accepted. Drop off sites can be located by entering a zip code. Click on the link below to find details for drop-off locations.
